Profile
Heather Herrington, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Gerontolgy, Geriatrics and Palliative Care at UAB Medical School. She works primarily in the UAB Hospital Palliative Care Program. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics and Board eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. She has received additional training through the Harvard Medical School “Program in Palliative Care Education and Practice” course, as well as the Harvard Macy Institute’s “Program for Educators in the Health Professions.”
